Help with a Return (Bought as Guest)

I bought 2 Gameboy advances and I need to return them. The one was sent damaged and the I meant to buy a different model for the other one. The 101 not the 001 GBA SP.

I started the process for the returns and when I click the "see return details" from the email, it says this:

Something went wrong

It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again.

How do I process this return? I need the shipping label.

If anyone can help me thank you.

Guest purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back guarantee but cannot be merged with an account nor can you leave Feedback on them.

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account, so you will need to completely sign out of your current eBay account before using the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
