Help with a return.
Seller accepted my refund request, but not a shipping label because ""I unable to buy a label in your country. You can check how much the shipping charges and provide your paypal account so that we can compensate you for the shipping charges."
The return address provided is:

I'm not 100% what to put into pirateship off this address, and don't want to just ship to a potentially bogus address.
Since he accepted the return, eBay doesn't have a way to contact them about this, message says its waiting on me to ship the package back.
How do you actually get help on this?

OP10 months agoThank you. The only options on my return are to contact seller or cancel the return. I don't see any way to aske eBay to step in.

Mentor10 months agoThe seller did ask you to determine the return shipping charge and provide them with your PayPal account so they could send you the money. This is how it works with International sellers since they cannot purchase a USPS return label. Just make sure to ship after they provide the funds to make the return.

OP10 months agoI tried to set up a label in pirateship - the address provided has 2 different places, one road and one street, on the city not sure if the Chinese script means anything. Another Chinese seller was able to just send a prepaid label in Ebay.

If you are returning the item because it’s ‘Not as described’ in some way … the seller is supposed to send you the money for the return shipping.
I do not know of any seller in China who has done that. DO NOT ship the item before getting the money for postage. Ask eBay to step in after 3 business days have passed.
