What can I do with a seller that won't respond to my emails? Secondly , the purchase was made as a 'guest sign on' is there a record of the purchase. It doesn't show as a purchase after I created my account.

Mentor2 years agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can try contacting the seller.
