Help with a refund that I don't believe is mine
I sold a pair of little girl earrings for $5 (such an insignificant amount), and for the life of me, I couldn't find them where I had thought I put them. I contacted the Buyer, apologizing profusely. I told her that because of this, I was sending her two pairs of earrings, I would pay for the shipping, and issue her a refund. I got the earrings ready, and shipped them the next morning. She said, (finally after waiting what seemed like forever) that it was fine but could I take a picture of what I sent AND put a rush on it. No thank you, which I felt was rude on her part, so I told her that I didn't have time to take pictures for her and that she would have to wait until the "free" earrings arrived. In the meantime, eBay sent me a refund of $7+. I didn't sell her anything, I gave things to her. I don't know how to let eBay know that I believe it might be the refund that she is supposed to get. Seems like a lot of work for a $5 pair of earrings, but I'm an honest seller with over 2700 positive feedback, all 100%. She, 39 positive feedback. Can someone please let me know what I should do. A person can NEVER talk with a live associate to try and clear this up, so I don't know how to proceed.
