Help with a refund not received 0

Good morning, it is the first time you have entered this community. Just to ask how do I get eBay to help me with a money back from an item. The seller has been ignoring me for more than a month. eBay promised me to return my money and what they have done is to keep track of it all the time and it doesn't respond to me. I am a buyer 17 years ago on eBay. I look forward to the help of this beautiful community. Thank you, good morning

If it has been more than a month (more than 30 days), then eBayâ€™s 30-day Money Back Guarantee is no longer in effect.

Your best course of action is to now file a dispute with your funding source.
