Help with a purchase?
I purchased a pair of shoes last week and the money was withdrawn from my bank account, but then realized the shoes did not show up on recent purchases. And I have contacted the seller and they said they have no record of my purchase. Will eBay refund me. I have pictures of the money withdrawn.

Mentor3 weeks agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
