Help with a listing removal appeal
Hello,
I'm relatively new to Ebay and just had an item listing removed because Ebay claimed it violated one of it's policies. I appealed and they reiterated their finding that it violated their policy. Fine, I disagree, but it's their business. The issue I now have is that there are 42 items, almost exactly like the one they removed from my account, currently listed on Ebay that they are allowing to remain listed. Is there anything I can do to fight this discrimination. Thank you in advance.

On what basis do you feel you are being discriminated?
If you see other listings that violate Ebay policy, feel free to report them by using the "report" button on the listing page.

OP1 year agoOn the basis that Ebay has chosen to remove my listing and not 42 other listings that have the same item. The definition of discrimination is unfair prejudicial treatment of an individual or group. If Ebay is allowing 42 other sellers to continue selling an item they claim violates their policies, but not allow me to sell the item then that's discrimination. Also, I'm not going to report those listings because I don't think they are violating Ebay's policy. Just as I don't feel that my listing violated their policy.
