Help with a cancel purchase from buyer

I sold a designer bag and now the buyers is saying that what to cancel it because she used the wrong account for the payment. eBay is charging me the fees $484.00. There’s any way I could save my money. I don’t have that amount to be covered just because the seller want to cancelled

Specify a credit card for the seller fees and reimbursements. The payout should clear about the time the credit card bill arrives so you are not "out" any money.
