Help with a buy
I have an ice cream maker in my cart but I'm seeing that the seller has some negative comments. Do I have any guarantee from eBay if the seller does not comply with what is described?

We all have eBay’s Money Back Guarantee, which has a link in every listing. It is worth reading before buying anything so that you know what do before you experience any problems.
You will have 30 days from delivery of the item to file a ‘return request’ if the item arrives damaged OR is in any way ‘not as described’.
