Help: what to do if every item in one auction was not deliveredâ€¦

Question

I received a package, but not every item shown in the auctions pics came in the package. The auction clearly showed the whole set in the pics and was listed as such, and did not specify I would not receive the case, which is part of the set.

What can I do? I opened a case with eBay but they closed it because they said the package was delivered â€” of course, that isnâ€™t the problem. Ugh

Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
