Help what do I do and how do I get my money back!!! Seller lied
I need help what do I do about an item I purchased and received today that was completely misrepresented. I ordered a Caucasian nativity set because we are Caucasian and a black nativity set arrived at my door today. I want my money back.

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
