HELP!?! What do I do?
I purchased an "Unlocked", "global" phone for a future trip to China. (Xiaomi). I need to activate it here in this country to prepare it in a number of ways, including downloading apps. I've spent HOURS with Tmobile, 4 different reps, trying to get it to work. No luck, even though they support this model of Android, and specifically the EIMI of my phone. They tell me it's either Locked or defective. The seller won't communicate with me other than to repeat "it will work in China." I've tried several times. I've passed the 30 day return window. This item is Not as Described, but I can't find ANY link that lets me pursue the Money back guarantee. When I tried the returning option, I was offered a fraction of what I paid, and now that link isn't even there. When I try to reach out to Ebay support, everything goes in circles and there is no human involved. What do I do?
