Help was scammed and Ebay let it happen.
How do I get a resolution on an item I refused with the Post Office due to a shipping charge of $10. The item I purchased was supposed to be Free shipping. The reason I refused. Ebay closes my case and says I cannot repeal the decision. So I get ripped off. I just want money refunded. They claim I did not send the item back. If you refuse an item the Post office returns it to the sender. Is there a number to call? Ebay claims I did not return it. I never accepted it.
