Help! USPS lost my seller's purchase.
Aloha everyone! I sold a luxury bag to a seller on 2 Apr, 12 days ago. Used USPS to send to the eBay authentication team in Las Vegas on 3 Apr. According to USPS tracking info, the box is waiting to be delivered to the authentication team since 7 Apr with no movement whatsoever. I initiated a refund back to the seller today.
Question: do I need to submit a claim directly to USPS or can eBay assist me?
