help to remove tracking uploaded on time defects

I need help getting ebay to remove 2 "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" defects. Every time I try to contact ebay I feel like it's and AI trying to help and they do not understand. I had my store on TIME AWAY and the items sold in the middle of time away with no offers being sent or received. Orders that sold before and after these 2 items did not get defects durring my time away. Instagram assistance says I have no defects yet they are clearly there in my performance profile.

Ebay automatically removes unwarranted defects, if eligible, within 72 hours. If the defects are still there after that, you can go to your Seller Hub and submit a request there to have them removed.

OP1 week agoCould you please explain where in my seller hub I would find the way to submit the request to remove them? I have searched all over and cannot find what to click on.

Send a private message with your name, ebay user ID, email address, and briefly explain your problem. Someone will contact you in a couple of days.

OP1 week agoI already tried this and was told I do not have any defects. So I even sent a screenshot of the 2 defects for late tracking upload and no reply after that. I honestly feel like it is just AI communicating with us and not a real person.
