help talking to a live agent

Question

I purchased a property.The deed was never transferred.The seller does not reply.I put in a request for a refund/dispute.No update.Need to talk to a live agent.All I get is rerouted back to submitting a request instruction , which I already completed, or a bot.How can I talk to a live agent , after waiting 7 days as was instructed to do, to request a refund , for the property I paid for , but never received a deed, or even replies, from the seller?thanks,
