Help - shipped items together to same person...

Hi there! I recently sold two items and they were to the same person. Without thinking, I packed them in the same box and mailed them. I went to my account and initiated a refund for the shipping of the second item, but how do I get it to show as delivered? It still shows as shipped and eBay has not released the money. It is the first sale I have made on eBay.

@caish92 Sorry for the delay in responding, life has been busy.

Unfortunately since you did not combine shipping correctly the funds for the second item will be held for 31 days as it counts as shipped without tracking.

In the future you need to copy the tracking number to the second item, BEFORE your label is scanned, or use Bulk Label to combine the orders.

When you print the shipping label it's VERY important to select all items and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.
