HELP request Phone calls from eBay are not coming through to me.
Recently, I have gone through the chat helper and they say eBay will call me - usually within 2 minutes. however, the phone call does NOT come. then, in my email it says I went to the Verizon store and they said my phone is set to take 'unknown' calls. This just happened again. Is anybody else having trouble getting a 'help' phone call from eBay? I don't know how to get around this glitch. Thank you!
