**HELP** PLZ WITH EBAY STANDARD ENVELOPE SHIPPING...
OK -- Not having much luck with ebay Customer Service as they are just reading from a template and seem somewhat clueless.
I am selling items with ebay Standard envelope (under $20) and it works fairly well.
My continuing issue is SELLER LEVEL issues where the POST office does NOT scan the item within a certain time frame and it is "dinging" my tracking uploading on time and validated. I have to spend about 30 mintues with a customer service rep each time trying to get them to understand.
All items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. I have done some reading on here and think I understand the USPS "sorting" machines that will scan the 1st class envelopes at 2 points ("regional" drop off and "regional" delivery).
I have no idea how ebay can use this as a SELLER metric when it is totally out of the sellers hands and in the hands of USPS.
Is there any advice on how to help on this issue. Specifically with the "tracking upload time" that as a seller I have no control over??
See below -- I shipped 14 items on the 21st -- none of the 14 were scanned by USPS -- rating went from like 99.5 to 97.2 on ONE shipping batch.
Tracking uploaded on time and validated
