Help pls
So I recently shipped a card with the ESE and it’s says delivered but the buyer claims that they didn’t receive the package through the mailbox what should I do because it says delivered on my part

ESE is metered mail that does not receive the same type of tracking scans that packages do. Metered mail is marked as delivered once it reaches the regional sorting facility, not the buyers address. It can take several days for the envelope to be delivered to the buyer.
The best thing to do is message the buyer and explain that it is a different kind of tracking and their item should arrive in a few days.
