Help PLEASE with first sale
I just sold my first item. The actual delivery was 2 days later than the promised. I removed my SIM card from a NEW sold phone used 2 days, but didn't know the tray was on it. I just offered to EXPRESS MAIL the tray. I sent a free gift with it, a new $40 Samsung charger, and I sold it for 1/2 price since it's my first sale.
I feel like the buyer is upset over shipping speed, which is out of my control. Im nervous about my outcome regardless of the fact that im sending the SIM tray now.
