Help please
Im still need help please i saw the case is close i buy an item so expensive and it came missing part the seller lied to me he say is new condition
it is an use item
i wanna return it cannot do nothing with it

Mentor8 months agoDid you file a returns request with the reason Item Not as Described? If you did, the seller has to accept the return and provide a prepaid shipping label to get the item back and then refund you. If the seller has a no returns policy, and you select a buyer's remorse reason (didn't like like, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere) the seller can decline the return and the case closes.
If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer regarding a chargeback. You typically have up to 180 days from the date of the transaction to do so.
