How do I get a live agent?!
I have a listing that I sold month ago, the system would not let her pay correct mount. Back ND FORTH for an entire day then she cancelled she was so frustrated.
here we go again, same listing! She’s about to cancel, do t blame them. Should not be this difficult! Or stressful on seller either. Can’t go back into the Alice n wonderland hole of abyss!!!

If there was an offer, the buyer must respond and pay through the offer. If they go to the listing, they will be asked to pay full price.
The offer is, basically, a new listing at the price agreed.

Which item is it, and what is wrong with the amount the buyer is being asked to pay?
MEmebers here can probably help you find the issue more quickly than customer service.
