Help please

Question

So I printed off a shipping label but forgot to use it. I sent the item off and it was delivered. I even got feedback from them but its showing not delivered because I didnt use the shipping label. How do I correct this so my money wont be on holdm

You will need to manually add the correct tracking number to the order if you can. Go to your orders/sold page and in the drop down menu is the option to add a tracking number.

You will need to cancel the unused shipping label to get a refund, this will also remove that tracking number from the order. Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

Since the tracking already shows delivered you may not be able to add it to the order. If that happens you will have to wait the full hold time (whenever it says your funds will be available) since you will not have proof of delivery.
