HELP PLEASE

Question

After 30 years and 100% positive feedback, I'm about to stop shopping here.

I can't get thru the AI to speak to a human at ebay.

Need real help for multi issues.

1) 8 items never arrived. I file a request for help, and never heard back. I requested ebay step in, again no help. Ebay just closed the request and never helped or responded with help.

2) Seller sent very damaged items . Then offered a partial refund which I accepted. Never received any refund and seller slandered me in feedback.

3) Seller very senile. 3 separate orders, all messed up or missing. Asked ebay for help. They again closed it out, me losing $40.

4) Seller sent damaged clock which wasn't even the clock I ordered, when I contact him, he starts being flippant and calling me a con artist. I Can't Get past the AI for help .
