Help please
I made an offer on an item then the sellers item ended up.. They messaged me a few hours later and said they accept my offer but the auction has ended.. How would I pay for the item and said person asked me my address but eBay won’t let me give said person my address and have no idea how to pay for it

You cannot share contact information prior to a sale as that would be taking the sale offsite. Be careful and only pay for items using eBay checkout or you lose your buyer protection.
