Hello everyone I’m reaching out to the ebay comuty as a vendor if there is anyone who can help me I deeply appreciate it I sold an item on eBay of course and it was returned by the buyer claiming it didn’t work it’s totally brand new sealed well the buyer sent it back but is something else different is not the item that should’ve been in the box and I report it to eBay and ebay knowing that this person is a scammer ebay refund this buyer and I think is not fair that ebay doesn’t have our back is unbelievable how they let people stealing from us I’m not happy about the way this situation was handled help me please
