Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST

OP4 months agoThanks, I tried all that repeatedly, the AI would not connect me or provide a phone to a live agent.

I might be able to provide a path past the bots, it's topic specific though.

Mentor4 months ago@teknasales If eBay removes a listing it is NEVER a good idea to relist it even if an agent says it's okay as the bots have flagged your account. I understand that this can be frustrating, especially if the item shouldn't have been removed, but you need to sell the item elsewhere.
This is not exactly the correct option for a removed item but relisting removed items can result in a restricted account so give this a try if you still want to talk to an agent.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. ( do NOT add anything else)
After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
