HELP ON SHIPPING

Question

Buyer bought 2 pricey glasses. Shipping to Hawaii. Wants Priority and I did not specify. They bought each separately. Can I combine and have protection? Otherwise I will get creamed in shipping. Yes, it was my mistake.

Hi @klenethekloset

Normally if a shipping service is NOT offered but a Buyer wants it we advise the seller to work with the Buyer to cancel so the item can be Relisted with the requested shipping and the Buyer can purchase the item(s) again and pay the correct amount.

Here is a step by step process for Combining separate purchases from the same Buyer that are NOT Guest purchases:

You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:

-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file

-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined

-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels

-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow

-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page

-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.

-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.

-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.
