Help on Reporting a Seller

Question

Seller is defaming me, claiming false things about me publicly after I left a negative (BUT HONEST) review on his page. He also is threatening me what he will do If I don't remove the review. I attempted to use the "Report a seller" feature on eBay however every time I click "Report Seller" it says "We ran into a problem. Please try again later." How else can I speak with eBay on this matter? This is concerning and stressing me greatly.

u should just ignore this person and block them, once blocked, they will not be able to contact u

even tho it says 'buyer' it blocks anyone with an ebay account, buyer and or seller
