Help on receiving my money back
Hoping someone can help me out. I purchased a Lava Lamp from a link I was sent. Clicked the link and purchased said lava lamp as a guest, therefore creating a "fake" account. I tried to contact seller but when contacting them, I was using my actual ebay account, not guest so he could not get proper information to host refund. Guest account does not work and is not recognized. But I have all the information, order #s item #s both account names. Can't ask ebay to step in because account wont work i purchased lamp from.

OP4 months agoI should add the lamp showed up in great condition, very well packed. Turns on, lights work as they should but the "volcano" balls do not float. They just sit at the bottom of the lamp. Have had the lamp a few days, left it on for 3-4+hrs and still nothing.
