help on partial return

Question

I purchased 2 items labeled as NeeDoh's, in small print it said dupe. When I discovered i contacted seller she said she doesn't do returns. Said I should read better , I got what was shown. Not correct she showed item as NeeDoh brand. Anyway after a bunch of back and forth she said I could return. Now she only did return for one item not the second one., saying product was sent back damaged and taped which I did not do. What are my next steps?

If you file a Return Request for an Item Not as Described counterfeit, and is the fourth day since seller received the items, go back to the return request and ask ebay to step in. As a last resort file a dispute with the payment processor.
