Help on order
I purchased an order on a guest checkout that didn’t arrive when I try to contact the seller it takes me to a new account creation page? I already have an account but it won’t let me sign in that way? When I sign into my account I can’t access the order.. help

Click on the link below and use the > Find Guest Order Details< button. That's how, and where, you can open an "Item Not Received" request:
