Help needed to reopen return

I accidentally closed the return request when I forgot how I wanted my money back I wanted it back into my credit card and I wanted to double check I had clicked the right one to receive my money back to my card and now I cannot return it

Unfortunately once you closed the return it cannot be reopened. The money would have gone back to the exact card you used to make the purchase (this is banking law). You have no choice about where the refund goes. You should still ask the seller about returning the item but no return label will be able to be generated.
