Help Needed: Return Closed by Mistake – Request to Reopen
I accidentally clicked the close button. I asked eBay for help, and I asked the seller to reopen the return, but no one is helping me. eBay told me to contact the seller, and the seller told me to contact eBay. Who should I ask?

Mentor5 months agoUnfortunately once you closed the return it cannot be reopened. Neither the seller or eBay can reopen any closed request or case. The seller can still take a return and make a refund within 90 days of purchase but cannot use eBay to send a return label.
