Help needed desperately
I purchased an item over a week ago but it was never shipped. I tried to contact the seller on numerous occasions but he never responded. I'm trying to get a refund but eBay is telling me that I'm no longer covered by ebay's money-back guarantee.
Can someone please tell me what to do in order to get a refund?
