Help needed
I purchased a guitar in June 14 2025 so 7 months or so I haven't received the guitar I've been in contact with the seller they said was waiting to ship now seller said it's being held by customs they offered a different one witch i agreed the seller said i need to request a refund and repurchase the one i want the only problem is it doesn't give me the option to do so and the order number is invalid now ..what are my options

Mentor8 months agoSorry but the purchase is no longer covered by the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee. Never let a seller stall you beyond the time frame for requesting a refund through Ebay.
You can try to dispute the charge through the funding source you used to pay for your purchase, but some financial institutions only allow 6 months for disputes.
