Help Needed – Error (240) When Listing Items on eBay
Hi everyone,
We are facing an issue when trying to list products from our multichannel eCommerce-platform (Channable) to EBay. We keep receiving the following error message:
"Error (240): The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy."
We have checked our titles and descriptions to ensure they comply with eBay’s policies, but we are still unable to resolve the issue. It’s unclear which specific part of our listings is causing this error.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? What steps should we take to fix it? Are there any tools or guidelines to check our listings before submitting them?
