HELP - NEED TO CHANGE ADDRESS - order from 20 mins ago
Hi I just accepted an offer and paid and belatedly realized ebay had an old address.
Have been chasing "automated assistant" to try to get to a REAL PERSON and come up on a wall.
Have contacted seller and have not heard back.
Order placed 3:47 and I can do NOTHING in the system. HELP!!!!

Mentor2 years ago@boonmah ONLY the seller can help with this. The seller is required to ship to the address you provided at checkout.
Ask the seller if they will please cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund you, Then relist so you can buy again and put in the correct address. Beg nicely because the seller is not required to cancel the sale.
When you update the address in account settings>
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

OP2 years agoThank you so much - I did indeed go and change to new and delete old. Now fingers crossed on seller front - thank you for your time and your help!!!
