Help navigating the web site

Question

I am a new Seller, and have listed 49 items so far and plan to do much more. When I got an offer on one of

my items, I could not send an Accept message. When I clicked Respond Now, it took me to a page that did

not have that option. As a matter of fact, none of the options seemed to do anything. I have also tried to

contact the interested buyer, but again ran into complete dead ends. I got a page that had me type in the

item number, when I clicked on Continue, it took me back to Messages. This is so frustrating and time

consuming. The instructions I received from the Chat always send me to pages that do not do what I

need.

Offers are not made through messages.

You can go to the active listing and you'll see a prompt at the top of the page to respond to the offer (assuming it hasn't expired yet.)

The seller hub filter will show all listings with pending offers. You can use the actions column on the left to go to the offer page and respond.
