Mentor1 year agoI created a macro that explains how to bulk edit listings to change to 1 day handling. You can follow it to use to change/eliminate the Priority/pay per click promotion.
I don't use business policies. This is what I did to change handling time to 1-day back when it was required to be a top rated seller:
Using Seller Hub, I went to Manage Active Listings. I clicked the [ ] box in front of Actions to mark all the listings. Then I clicked on the down-arrow next to EDIT and selected Edit all xx listings.
Next I clicked the [ ] box at the top to select all listings. Click on EDIT FIELDS. Click HANDLING TIME. under Edit Handling Time, select CHANGE TO (you can select from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 days). SAVE & CLOSE. Click SUBMIT CHANGES.

If your listing was accidentally added to a Pay-Per-Click (Promoted Listings Advanced) campaign and you want to remove it or switch it back, here’s how you can do that:
Go to your eBay Advertising Dashboard:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ads/dashboard
To see a list of all your ad campaigns, go to:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ads/dashboard/campaigns
Click on the campaign name (for example, "Campaign Feb 28 2025").
Inside the campaign, you’ll see a list of your listings.
Select the ones you want to remove and use the "Remove from campaign" option or find the action menu to do so.
If you want to end the campaign entirely, there should also be an option to pause or stop the campaign.
Optional: You can also bulk edit your listings directly:
Go to your active listings page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Select the listings you want to change, click "Edit" and then "Edit selected."
Look for the Advertising or Promotions section and remove or change the campaign type.
Tips:
If the ad dashboard doesn’t load properly, try using a different browser or incognito mode.
Pay-per-click may sometimes be selected by default when listing or relisting items, so double-check your settings next time you list.
