Help! My ebay â„€ got suspended due to high risk selling.
my active selling items got delisted.
cant reply new buyer msg.
what should i do?

If your account was suspended for high risk selling, it means eBay flagged unusual activity or a potential policy violation. This is common with new or inactive accounts that list high demand or high value items too quickly.
eBay will send an email to your registered address and a message to your eBay inbox explaining why the account was suspended and what steps you need to take.
Common reasons for suspension include:
Unpaid selling fees
eBay issued a refund to a buyer and needs reimbursement
Missing tracking or unresolved buyer issues
Policy or rules violations
Account verification problems
Suspicious activity or possible unauthorized access
What to do next:
Read the message from eBay in your inbox and email. It tells you exactly what you need to do.
You may need to send documents like ID, proof of inventory, or tracking numbers, or resolve outstanding issues.

While your account is suspended, you cannot list, message buyers, or receive payouts. Once you complete the requested steps, eBay will review your account.

OP1 year agoi shared here. Ebay doesnt tell me what to do,just told me the reason why got suspended. Thats why i asked here.

eBay regularly evaluates the accounts of eBay seller. In relation to your account, we have noticed that your account performance and activities may cause a risk to eBay community. To protect the eBay community, we have applied the following restrictions to your eBay account in accordance with the eBay user agreement and eBay policies:
(a) Your selling privileges are restricted.
Consequently, you will neither be able to create new listings nor revise your existing listings on any eBay site; and (b) Your payments have been placed on hold.
Restriction reason: High risk selling.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

or just close my old account and make new ebay account? Any advise?

·1 year agoI see you are located in Malaysia. eBay holds international sellers to higher standards than USA sellers. Many sellers from your region drop ship, and that business model is not sustainable long term.

Do not try to open another account. Opening a new account to circumvent a restriction or suspension is a policy violation and will quickly get both accounts suspended.
