HELP ME WITH AN ITEM THAT MUST BE RESEND TO ME
Hi everyone,
I have an inconvenience with a seller because I bought an item in Sept. 2022. If you see my purchase history, you will see that this item was delivered. Still, this never happened due to the item had to be picked up at the UPS office, so I didn't check my email after months, I checked that the item was returned to the seller, so I tried to contact him, to confirm if that happened and he accept that. After that, I requested him to resend my product but to a different address but the last message from him was in December 2023 and I'm really worried because eBay would help me within 30 days later of the purchase.
Does anybody know any way to get my item back?
