Help me understand
If a Seller list an item and says it ships from Ohio, however when you get the supposed tracking # it ships from the same state where the Buyer is, and yet it takes 9+ days and still haven't receive the item.One top of that, the tracking # supposedly was created but has not shipped...Should I be a bit worried as in something is off here?To me something doesn't add up here..When I wrote to the seller , they say the same exacted message,.
Tne Seller is not helping me feel confident with this Seller..How you handle this issue?

Mentor4 months agoI would wait until the latest estimated date of delivery has passed (as shown in the order details in your Purchase History) and file a Return Request one day after that latest estimated date of delivery has passed.
