I have done everything I know to do ,but I feel now I have been given the run around. how far should I be made to go for a refund? I purchased a laptop on ebay from a seller and It does not work. I have asked for a refund or a laptop that does work just that simple. Now I am being asked to get it fixed as if I am the one that broke it. This is no way to treat a buyer. I am looking for a good idea to bring this problem to a point where there can be a settlement. I bought this laptop in December it is now April. PLEAE PLEASE PLEAE

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. You needed to file a Return Request within 30 days after delivery in order to get a refund.
File a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment or contact your funding source.
Always remember that you can get help from Ebay within 30 days from date of delivery, regardless of what a seller tells you.
