<span class="">Hello, I sent a package a little over 1 month ago and I have information that the post office gave me where the package arrived on time, it was delivered to the correct address and I signed for it to receive the package but now the buyer has complained that he has not received his package even though I checked that he already received it and the detail is that on Ebay it appears as not being delivered</span>

Did you load the tracking information on to the sold item on eBay and does tracking show it was delivered? The question is NOT what USPS shows but what eBay shows.
