Help Me!
I've purchased a lot of LPS from various sellers on eBay. However, the items I've purchased from this seller on three occasions (all three times, the seller didn't offer combined shipping) have been garbage (sorry for the harsh language). The records were significantly warped, which was evident at a glance.
There are many clear traces of attempts to forcibly open the record using tools such as pliers.
The distinct vinyl insert adhesive marks are so pronounced that it's difficult to describe, covering most of the record's surface. It's a disaster. To protect the player cartridge, it's practically unplayable.
The seller claimed the item was "visually perfect" at the time of sale, but this appears to be a completely deliberate deception.
I am Korean.
My forwarding company is located in Germany, and items arriving there are automatically shipped to Korea.
Who should be responsible for the exorbitant international shipping costs, which are higher than the actual cost of the item? This is unfair. Please help! And please take strong action to ensure that no one falls victim to this type of deceptive sales tactics again.

Mentor11 months ago@wokr502 I just wanted to share a link and screen shot from the eBay Money Back Guarantee so you know your rights as a buyer. You are only covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if the item is shipped directly to you in Korea either through an eBay shipping program OR buy the seller.
The item was sent to another address after original delivery

Mentor11 months agoYou stated that you purchased from this seller 3 times and s/he did not combine shipping. If that happened to me, I would not have made any purchases the second or third time.

·11 months agoI’m sorry to hear you got a bad seller.
However, by having the item reshipped after it was delivered to the address on the eBay order, you have forfeited the coverage of the eBay Money Back Guarantee. That is a risk when you choose to do that. While it may be unlikely, it’s impossible to prove that the reshipper did not do the damage to the items, since they were the last ones to have possession of them before you.
