There is no direct phone line for contacting ebay. Any that you find online are bogus, and should not be called. You would be better off if you give us the details of the problem, than by requesting a call back from ebay which is the only way you can speak to a live rep.
What we need to know is:
When you purchased the item, and the last estimated delivery date. You can get that info from the Order Details in your purchase history.
Then let us know if you received it by the last date or not. If it is late tell us by how many days.
If you received it tell us if it was it as described - damaged - the wrong item - not working at all.
If you did not receive it, was there tracking that showed delivery?
Let us know what if any actions you have taken so far.
