Help leaving negative feedback for seller that canceled my order

Seller cancelled my order after I purchased item. He refunded my money but I can’t see where I can leave my feedback?

@animalguy1997 IF the order is canceled you may not be able to leave feedback.

You can however Report the seller if they canceled the order using any reason other than Out Of Stock. If the seller canceled as out of stock then they received a Defect which seriously hurts the sellers account. Just a few defects and a seller can be banned from selling on eBay.

Then say in the box the seller canceled using a false reason to avoid an out of stock defect.
