HELP - just sold and can't withdraw funds - WITHDRAW greyed out

Question

I just sold an item, entered (as requested) my bank account / sort code in advance, the buyer paid, but now the "withdraw" button is greyed out. It simply doesn't allow me to get my money. There's nowhere I can find the info that allows me to do this. Please help anyone - finding this extremely annoying. Thanks!
